The 2nd Annual "Spring Into Summer" Fashion Show and Tea was on May 19th, at the historic District #1 Schoolhouse in downtown Mount Horeb. This year, 2 seating times were offered where guests were served High Tea at their tables while listening to live relaxing music by Scott Pedersen. The Vibe Vintage Shop had a special collection of fashions garbed on charming models with an entertaining narration by owner Kari Barsness. Everyone was asking about the 2nd Annual Taste of Mount Horeb. And YES, it was on Saturday, June 9, 2012 on the grounds by the District #1 Schoolhouse with sample size portions of the wonderful fare that is offered by Mount Horeb area restaurants. Entertainment was courtesy of our own local musicians. A very special thank you to Premier Coop for providing the grand tent for the event. Did someone say pie? The famous mile high strawberry and so many other YUMMY pies were presented for auction at the Community Band Concert and Annual Celebrity Pie Auction Thanks for your support in this event! 2012 WINTER CONCERT SERIES 2nd Saturday in January, February & March This concert series proved to be well attended evenings of enchanting musical entertainment that were thoroughly enjoyed by all. It was an honor to have talented artists perform in the warm and inviting atmosphere of the schoolhouse (the acoustics were great!).
