Scandihoovian Winter Festival is the first weekend in February with a "So You Think You Can Spell" SPELLing Bee to be held at the District #1 Schoolhouse at NOON on Saturday, February 4th. Contact JaneBurns@mhtc.net for more details.

Don't miss the 2nd Annual "Spring Into Summer" Fashion Show and Tea on May 19th, at the historic District #1 Schoolhouse in downtown Mount Horeb. Guests will be served High Tea at their tables and can choose from delicious tea sandwiches and delectable desserts while listening to live relaxing music. The Vibe Vintage Shop will have a special collection of fashions garbed on charming models with an entertaining narration by owner Kari Barsness. Call Jackie at 608-576-5837 for more information.

Everyone is asking about the 2nd Annual Taste of Mount Horeb. And YES!, it will be on Saturday, June 9, 2012 on the grounds by the District #1 Schoolhouse with sample size portions of the wonderful fare that is offered by Mount Horeb area restaurants.

Did someone say pie? There will be mile high strawberry and so much more presented for auction at the Community Band Concert and Annual Celebrity Pie Auction on the grounds by the District #1 Schoolhouse on Thursday, August 16th.

Who would miss the festive exhibit at the 2012 Gingerbread House Contest & Display held at the District #1 Schoolhouse on December 7, 8, 9 and 14, 15, 16? Surely not you....or you'd also miss the delicious gingerbread cookies and the fabulously fashioned Money House that is always a delight!
