Because of the generosity of the Mount Horeb Rotary and in celebration of Rotary International 100th Anniversary, $5800 was donated for the construction of Rotary Plaza, a park bench, a flagpole, flags and toward the picket fence.

A Garden Welcome

The Mound Vue Garden Club received a $2,000 grant from the National Federation of Garden Clubs, funded through the Principal Financial Group, for the garden plantings, toward the fence and horseshoe brick sidewalk. In addition the Club donated another $700 to the project and club members donated plants and their time to do the actual digging and planting.

We are implementing Sponsorship for the school building and hope to have the opportunity to share with you how you might be able to help us with this new endeavor to make this building available for community use. When the papers were signed on December 24, 2009 the ownership transfer came complete with  a mortgage and still many projects to be completed as well as a whole list of programs we hope to start.  WE NEED YOUR HELP!
